HOW LONG IS THE FUNDING PERIOD?

However long we say it is. We put our designs well up in advance though.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO DELIVER PRODUCTS?

There's an estimated shipping date at the top of every product. Just look at that and try not to forget it.

WHEN AM I ACTUALLY BILLED?

We'll authorize your card when you check out to make sure it's real, but won't charge you until we receive your product in our warehouse. We'll send you a reminder email before charging you.

WHAT HAPPENS IF A PRODUCT DOESN'T REACH ITS GOAL?

Then you failed. You could have sent the product to your friends so you could match like my family's christmas cards. We'll delete your card from our system and cancel your pre-order.

CAN I JUST WAIT FOR THE PRODUCT TO LAND AT RETAIL?
